Who Is Responsible
One table, because a policy that hides the identity of the controller in a paragraph is not much of a policy.

What This Website Records
There are two records, and they come from two places. Everything else that a typical marketing site collects, this one does not.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies when you visit it. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed on any page; the only JavaScript loaded is the theme's own navigation script, served from this domain.
WordPress sets session cookies only for staff who log in to the administration area. Visitors never reach that screen.
Because nothing is set on a normal visit, there is no cookie banner. If analytics is ever added, this page changes before the script goes live — not after.
Why We Process It
Under the GDPR each purpose needs a lawful basis. These are ours, and they are the only ones.

International Transfers
Our hosting and email providers may store data outside the country you write from. Where a provider is outside the EEA or the UK, the transfer relies on that provider's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. Ask us and we will confirm which mechanism applies to the service that holds your message.
How Long We Keep It
Server logs are rotated by the hosting provider and are not retained by us.
An enquiry is kept for as long as needed to answer it and, if an order follows, for the period that tax and contract law requires the seller to keep commercial records.
You can ask for an enquiry to be deleted at any time. We will do it unless a legal retention duty applies, and we will name the duty rather than simply refusing.
Your Rights
These apply to the enquiry data described above. Write to jamesjoblover@outlook.com; we answer within one month.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The administration area is limited to named staff accounts. No payment is taken through this website, so no card data is stored here at all.
Children
This site is addressed to business buyers and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, write to the address above and it will be removed.
Changes to This Policy
This page states the policy currently in force; the date at the top changes when the text does. A material change is described in the text itself, not only in the date, so that a reader comparing two versions can see what moved.
