What This Website Is

This is a technical catalogue. It describes the fire starter formats we produce, the standards they are tested against, and the terms on which private-label orders are made.

Nothing on these pages is an offer. Prices, lead times and stock are indicative until they appear in a written quotation addressed to you. A catalogue page and a quotation are different documents, and where they disagree the quotation governs.

Product Information

Four things a buyer should read before treating a page as a specification.

• Nominal dimensions Diameter and length are nominal. Hand-wound rolls carry the tolerance stated in the quotation, not a tolerance implied by a round number.
• Photographs Illustrative. Shade, surface texture and retail packing can differ between production runs.
• Specifications Change when a standard is revised or a material supplier changes. The revision in force is the one named in your quotation.
• Industry ranges Where a page quotes a range for the category, it is labelled as a public range taken from supplier listings — not as a measurement of our own output.

Quotations, Samples and Orders

Commercial terms — minimum order quantity, sample lead time, production lead time, payment terms and Incoterms — are set out on the OEM and Private Label page, and are confirmed per order in writing.

An order exists only once we confirm it in writing and, where agreed, the deposit has been received. An enquiry, a sample request or a page on this site does not create one.

Intellectual Property

• Our content The text and photographs here are ours. Quote them with attribution; do not republish them as your own.
• Your artwork Logos, artwork and dielines sent for a private-label run stay yours. We use them only to produce your order.
• No reuse We do not resell a private-label design, its print files or its tooling to another buyer.

Acceptable Use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, attempt to reach the administration area, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited advertising. Enquiries that are clearly automated are discarded without reply.

Third-Party Links

Where we link to a standards body, a customs tariff or a supplier listing, that site's terms apply to it, not ours. We are not responsible for its content, and a link is not an endorsement of everything published there.

Liability

The technical information here exists to help you specify an order. It is not a substitute for testing the product in your own application, and it does not replace the test report that comes with a shipment.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a catalogue page that a written quotation, a test report or a later revision has superseded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of 【待填】, and the courts of 【待填】 have jurisdiction. Until that line is completed, the law and forum named in your signed order confirmation apply.

Changes

This page states the terms currently in force; the date at the top changes when the text does. Terms already agreed in a signed order confirmation are not affected by a later edit here.
